If you wish to have a refund or to exchange a recent purchase please first write to use either by using our email address or contact form available on our website. We accept return within seven days of an item delivery. We accept return if the product is faulty or if we have mistakenly sent you a different product. We will exchange or fully refund if the package is in its original status and unopened.
We also refund or exchange any purchased product as long as it is returned unused and with proof of purchase within two weeks of purchase. If there is no fault with the product nor any mistake from us, we still happy to refund you minus postage and handling charges. The customer is responsible for return charges. We only able to refund when we get the product. Hence you might use a postage service with tracking information.
We abide by privacy act whenever you provide us with your personal information. We do need them to send you the purchased product and to be able to contact you if an issue arises.
